A beautiful refurbished former fishing cottage only 150m from the beach and town centre in the seaside town of Sheringham. First floor: 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 (1 king size bed and one twin room) and shower room. 2nd floor: twin bedroom. Ground floor bathroom, living room kitchen/diner and utility. Varying levels and steep stairs make this unsuitable to the less mobile. Courtyard garden with stream, parking for one car and store for beach gear. BBQ and garden table and chairs. One dog allowed. The space Whilst close to the beach (only 150m to the closest beach) and town the cottage has a unique and peaceful atmosphere with a deck over the stream running through the garden (fenced for safety) with garden furniture for your use. The property has a well equipped modern fully fitted kitchen with electric hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. In the living room is a smart TV with Essential Sky TV package, superfast broadband is included in the rental, there are numerous games and a DVD player. One well behaved dog is allowed at the cottage by pre-agreement and subject to an additional dog charge of £25. A small welcome basket is included. Guest access The property is available as a whole Other things to note We do allow one well behaved dog however we do ask you confirm prior to booking if you are taking a dog, what breed they are, that they are kept downstairs at all times and not allowed on the furniture and that they are not left alone in the property at any time. There is an additional charge of £25 per dog. Bookings during peak periods (April through to end of September) will unless agreed otherwise be for 7 days or more and with Friday changeover - please ask if you’d like other options.
