Guests are mainly Australian and European working professionals. Private room with your own refrigerator, Wi-Fi, wardrobe, desk and lamp. Private bedroom in a complex of 15 bedrooms with complete electronic security. Guest access You will have access to your own, lockable private room. All rooms come with comfortable beds and well-maintained appliances such as fridge, fans, desks, lamp and Wi-Fi. There are multiple large indoor and outdoor common areas such as kitchen and dining room, bathrooms, lounge and outdoor courtyards and verandas with superb city views. There are common-use bathroom facilities and a coin-operated laundry. Other things to note I live on the premises and while I allow guests their privacy, I'm always on hand to help out in any way.
