The space Villa Puntallana has a large terrace area and private outdoor parking area, with large open spaces in which to stroll and enjoy its large swimming pool and barbecue. It has a large porch with table and chairs where you can spend long moments with the family, as well as an orchard with fruit trees such as lemon and orange trees. It has three spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, large living room and balcony surrounding the house from which to enjoy beautiful views of the surroundings. Guest access The passable areas are those defined as terrace, vegetable garden, swimming pool and barbecue area and living area. There are 3 excluded and closed areas. These are the basement, the guest house and the covered garage at the entrance. Other things to note This is a classic Canarian villa which was maintained as a permanent residence until recently by its owners. The gardens and plants have to be maintained and watered from time to time so it is likely that during your stay a gardener will need to access the property. The same applies to the swimming pool as it must be maintained by qualified personnel who will visit the property from time to time.
