A luxurious villa in the hillside overlooking the Serra da Estrela and Alva Valley. It boasts an 8m x 4m private salt water swimming pool, BBQ and outdoor eating area. Summer holiday, Christmas, New Year and Easter reunions, it's always relaxing, with the best view around and a comfortable interior. This oasis of power offers you a fantastic break and wonderful experiences. The space You will enjoy the best mountain view in the region. The villa provides you a lot of space, with two en-suite bedrooms and two bedrooms with single beds sharing a bathroom. The living, dining and cooking areas are well equipped and open plan all facing the mountains through huge sliding windows. We have our own mountain water supply, hot water from solar, and in the winter full central heating from the wood fired stove. The wood is sustainably managed from our own land and is provided free of charge. The private pool is 8m x 4m. Open terraces, an outdoor dining area and substantial BBQ make that alfresco dining complete. The quinta sleeps up to 9 guests. Guest access The whole house, outdoor dining area, the BBQ and pool are private for your sole use. You may also explore our terraced land and woods and take walks on the tracks leading from the property. Other things to note The access to the property is via a gravel road from the state road N230. It is 750m uphill on a partially paved mountain track. Basic cars will do fine, but low clearance cars especially those with low profile tyres are not capable. The road is steep and narrow in places so care is needed when approaching the property. Registration Details Exempt
