If you are looking for somewhere nice to stay while visiting or passing by Pevensey Bay, here is your perfect answer - this is a clean & centrally heated double bedroom with satellite tv and your own bathroom just next door. There is plenty of parking and WiFi is included. Kitchen, lounge & garden can be used too (shared with myself and two resident students). Located close to the Bay with a pub, shop & take away close by. 1 or 2 guests (same price) for short or long stay.
