Pink villa with pool/Elba Island

The villa is located 50 m from the sea, in the private area of Capo d 'Arco, 5 km from Porto Azzurro and 10 from Capoliveri, very lively in the evening. Immersed in a 6000-square-meter garden full of Mediterranean vegetation, centuries-old olive trees, pines, cypresses and overlooking the cliff, it has a relaxation area with a saltwater pool overlooking the bay and a 180° view of the sea. It is shared with the 4/6 guests of the Main Villa in the area. It is not a place suitable for very lively children. In the 6000 square meter garden, there is a swimming pool with sea water (open from the end of May to the beginning of October) equipped with armchairs, sun loungers, deckchairs, and a shower. The view of the coast from the garden on Punta Ala, on clear days, extends to the Argentario, the island of Giglio, Montecristo and sometimes Giannutri. A spectacle of nature is the rising of the full moon at the beginning of the waning phase. Guest access Access to the entire garden and pool area. The latter is a relaxation area shared with other guests, please respect its spirit. The terraced area in front of the main Villa is private. Other things to note - I suggest the ferry to Rio Marina with "Toremar". The journey is shorter, cheaper and closer to home. - I recommend arriving with a minimum of shopping already done. Several supermarkets in Portoferraio, Porto Azzurro, or leaving Rio Marina. Don't forget bottled water as the tap water is not drinkable. - A pizzeria and a restaurant by the sea a stone's throw from the house, with the possibility of takeaway, open from mid-June to mid-September.
