On the sleeping floor, characterized by high white wooden ceilings and teak parquet, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a solid wood bunk bed with 2 beds: a queen-size bed and a single bed. The bathroom, equipped with a large shower, 180 cm wide, offers a relaxing environment, embellished by the wood of the floor and roof, as well as the lighting with chromatic LEDs on the ceiling. Summer air conditioning and winter heating are guaranteed by modern fancoil, one per room. In winter, the fireplace on the ground floor will be an extra opportunity to relax after a day out. From the ground floor, through the large sliding window, you access the large main terrace from which you will enjoy spectacular views of Etna and Taormina. The terrace is equipped with a table and chairs so you can eat outdoors under the pergola. There are also comfortable sun loungers. The well-kept lawn next to the terrace will make your stay even more enjoyable. There is also a bbq. The land belonging to the property is approximately 3,500 square meters, cultivated with fruit trees such as citrus, fig, cherry, walnut, olive, kiwi, grape, and pomegranate trees.
