Large glass doors open onto your private pool with sunloungers on a secluded terrace. Large 3 bedroomed private pool villa - all with en-suites. Fully fitted and equipped kitchen. Open plan dining/lounge opens onto the pool terrace. All rooms are on ground level. BBQ on the roof terrace (Sala) with outdoor dining. The pool is open within the secure grounds of the outdoor areas. There is no pool safety fencing. Children should be supervised at all times and never left alone. The space The Villa sits within a resort complex. The complex is within walking distance of restaurants, supermarkets and local markets which bustle on Mondays and Thursdays. Supermarkets that supply international items are about 1 kilometre away. Bangtao Beach is less than 1 kilometre from the entrance of The Residence. (About a 15-20 min walk) Be cautious of tide schedules and surf warning flags as the beach does have rip tides at certain times of the year. At the top end of Bangtao Beach is Layan Beach, which is a short drive through the Laguna resort past the Banyan Tree. There are many other lovely beaches to explore with use of a car or taxis. Bed linen will be changed on weekly basis and towels twice weekly. This can be more frequent with an additional charge. Pool towels are supplied as well as bath towels. Electricity - all sockets are multipoint so takes all international plugs for 220 V. Additional housekeeping service is available paid directly to the management company. Airport transfers are included in the price. I can recommend a Car hire company who will deliver to the villa and a local taxi. The local agent can also supply the further names and numbers of taxis to book. Guest access You will be checked-in within the villa by my local ground agent, where you will be provided with your garage and villa keys to drive directly into your private villa grounds. They are required to also complete Thailand Immigration entry information for all guests staying at the villa and will need details of your passports on check-in. Should you have an out of hours check-in, then I will advise other arrangements to access the villa.
