Parties, gatherings, or unregistered guests are strictly forbidden. • Quiet Hours: In strict accordance with the building's condominium regulations, absolute quiet is mandatory between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • Check-in & Italian Legal Obligations: According to Italian public safety law (Art. 109 T.U.L.P.S.), an in-person check-in is mandatory for the face-to-face identification of every guest. All personal identification details will be securely forwarded online to the local State Police ("Questura") via the Alloggiati Web portal within 24 hours of arrival. • Rental Agreement Signature: Pursuant to Italian Law n. 431/98, a written format is mandatory for tourist rentals even for stays under 30 days.
