The neighborhood is super fun and full of life day and night — but don’t worry, the apartment is on the 4th floor, so it’s quiet and peaceful (no noise!) if you have to work or study. Just 4 blocks from Gran Vía, Madrid’s main avenue, and a 10-minute walk to Puerta del Sol, the literal center of Spain. Not an issue for most guests, but not suitable for reduced mobility. 🧼 Cleaning & laundry services available on request from 20€/hour. For monthly stays, the washing machine and dryer are included free of charge. For monthly stays, electricity up to €100/month is included. We can only host individuals or groups where the person in charge declares a specific non-tourist purpose for their stay in Madrid. This includes, but is not limited to: Professional or work-related assignments, Studies or academic research, Medical treatments or consultations, Attendance at congresses/conferences, Remote work (digital nomads), etc. Upon arrival, a brief seasonal rental agreement must be signed confirming the non-tourist purpose of your stay. No further personal explanations are required beyond selecting the general category. In compliance with National Security laws, it is mandatory to provide the identification details of all guests for police registration. We will require a clear photo of your official ID or passport.
