Thanks! **Reservations are on a first come first serve basis. Guest access Guest will have full access to the facilities of the room. There are no curfews for our guest, but house keys will not be given. We do not have doorbell, just call my mobile number or if you're going home around 5am pretty sure my grandma's awake already and will open the door for you. Do not feel bad if you are coming home in the wee hours of the morning! But take care of yourselves. Places of the house that are strictly off limits: Bedrooms of my grandparents and mine. During your stay I can be your acting tour guide to our guests. They can ask us anything about Philippines, be it about good food, places of interest, night life and detailed public transport routes. If both our schedules permit, guests may also be brought out around town! On days/nights when you have no plans and I have no school duties, feel free to come along with me to meet my friends, socialise a little, and familiarise yourself with the Philippines way of life! Other things to note Kindly do ensure that your Airbnb profile is verified and has a photo of yourself uploaded on your profile. The individual making the reservation has to be the one occupying the room during the intended dates of stay. Making a reservation for someone else is not allowed. All payments are to be made REMITTANCE CENTER, email me for copy of Payed Remittance Slip, 50% deposit and another 50% cash upon arrival. I do not accept reservations with the arrangement for the booking fee to be made upon arrival or bank transfer. Another 5,000PHP for security deposit (REFUNDABLE) For guests who check-in/out within 12 midnight to 6 a.m., there will be an extra fee of 1500php. Do note that I allow ONE FEMALE guests ONLY to stay in the room during your intended period of stay. However, this will be decided on a case by case basis.
