Luxurious Room in Penthouse With Prime Location

Our luxurious Studio Suite within our Penthouse ensures to be an ideal holiday space: fully equipped, with a private bathroom, private kitchenette (including a stove, microwave/mini-oven and a fridge), private balcony, electric roller shutters, black-out curtains and real wood parquet with underfloor heating. An elevator conveniently directly connects our floor to the ground level. We would love to welcome you into our home and enable you to experience Berlin to its fullest potential :) The space Life here takes place in a sunny, sheltered garden, quiet and protected from the bustle of the street, yet right in the midst of the city's most vibrant district of the Friedrichshain area. Just a stone’s throw from the river Spree and situated close to some of Berlin’s best nightlife clubs, cultural and entertainment hotspots & within walking distance from the world-famous East Side Gallery and beautiful nature areas like Stralauer Halbinsel and Treptower Park. Peerlessly located, our guests can enjoy excellent transport connection to the inner- and outer-city zones. During your stay We are always at your disposal in case you need anything or have any questions/inquires. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFO (please fully read): - Although check-in is possible any time after 15:00 (late check-in is also no problem), we kindly ask you to inform us your check in time as soon as possible in advance- Preferably one day before arrival, but LATEST 3 hours before arrival/check-in time). - should there be any delays or changes in your arrival time, please do keep us informed and updated. - In case you have booked for two people, please let us know if you would like to have one double bed, or two separate beds (a double bunk bed) - Please be aware that we have 2 (lovely:)) cats in our flat. We normally keep them out of the guest room and even if they wont disturb you during your stay: for people with allergies to cats we want to make aware that they can be in the vicinity. - Although the room can technically host 4 people, we would like to make you aware that the room is rather small (as depicted on the pictures of the room), so unless you like to feel cozy, you should reconsider if it is suitable for you if you book for 4 people. Most of our guests however do report feeling happy and comfortable even with 4 people in the room (as you can read in our reviews), but as it depends on your personal needs kindly double check whether the size of the room corresponds to your wishes. - PARKING: Please note that we do NOT have a private parking space next to our home. You can however for example normally park your car for free on the other side of the bridge in the street nearby: Puschkinallee 52, 12435 Berlin, which is around a 5-10min walk from us on the opposite side of the bridge. Alternatively, the Treptower park shopping centre with similar distance also offers parking for EUR12/24h. We ensure our space to be fully clean and hygienic, with fresh sheets and towels provided for every guest. As an extra hygiene measure, we wash all sheets and towels with a special anti-viral and anti-bacterial washing-liquid, in addition to thoroughly disinfecting and cleaning all surfaces and items after every guest leaves and before every guest arrives. Due to our strict hygiene policies, we normally can not allow early check in times. - Due to security reasons we only accept guests who have displayed VALID GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID, either though their Airbnb profile or through a copy/picture of the ID sent to us though Airbnb via message.
