The house is large, cool and comfortable, it's our family home, it just feels great, we will be happy to host you. Mansion, village house, accessible by the main road, totally protected from noise. We share: The 10 m2 equipped kitchen, the 35 m2 TV lounge dining room and outside, 60 m2 shaded terrace, 250 m2 garden. Everywhere, deckchairs, games, flowers, books. The space Our family home welcomes you warmly, choose one of our 4 rooms overlooking a lovely garden. We will share the kitchen, living room and garden. Simple breakfast. ChezTheo is in the garden like a bungalow, has a double bed and a mezzanine desk, a kettle and coffee maker tray; its bathroom and toilet are adjoining and shared. A sliding scale rate is applied after your validation if you book multiple rooms (minus €10 for 2 rooms/minus €20 for 3/minus €30 for 4). Guest access everywhere except our personal rooms. If you come with family or friends, don't be shy, we like to live in community or be discreet. Other things to note History-Geography... Our village dates from the year 100 BC, built by the Romans because it was located on the route of the Domitian Way that they built to connect Italy to Spain, today we have a Romanesque church and remains of medieval ramparts Close to us... THE BEACHES, Carnon (the closest, 20 minutes), Palavas-les-flots, Villeneuve-les Maguelone, La Grande Motte, Le Grau du Roi and the wilder Espiguette... MONTPELLIER (15 min), to blend into its medieval alleys, enjoy the many festivals, visit monuments, churches, cathedral, aqueduct and museums, the city is also a hotspot in terms of contemporary architecture, its trams are haute-couture  {see the Montpellier Tourist Office website} 1 hour around us in the HINTERLAND... some of the most beautiful villages in France  - St Guilhem le Désert (50 min)  wonders of nature  - the cirques of Mourèze (1 hour) or Navacelles (1.5 hours)  - the caves of Clamouse (45 min) and Demoiselles (45 min),  - Lake Salagou (1 hour), the Devil's Bridge (45 minutes)  - we walk along the Canal du Midi, descend the gorges of the Herault by canoe (40 min), climb the Pic du Midi (30 min)...
