This charming studio is fully equipped ans it is ideally located near the Lyon Part-Dieu train station. Perfect for all type of trip, business travels or just discovering the city... you'll be conquered! My apartment can accommodate up to 3 people, I will be delighted to make you live a beautiful experience in this place. The space The apartment is located in the 3rd arrondissement of Lyon. Located in the left shore of the Rhône and in the Part-Dieu neighborhood, this charming 18 sqm studio has been entirely renovated. It is composed of a main room of 18 sqm fully equipped: - a living room with a flat screen TV and a TV box, a dining table for 4 persons. A sofa bed of 140 cm comfortable one person and storage spaces for your suitcases. - a comfy double bed on a mezzanine, for two people - an open and well equipped kitchen composed of: hobs, a fridge, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine and all the useful utensils. You'll be able to cook your own meals just like home! - a clean and well maintained bathroom. You'll find a nice shower, a sink, toilet and a washing machine. You'll have at your disposal a hair dryer, the ironing material. I provide clean towels and high quality bed sheets, vanity kits and some coffee caps. Of course, you will have free access to the Wifi :) Guest access The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, accessible by stairs only. You'll be welcomed by my property manager Luckey Homes who will ensure the success of your stay during my absence: keys exchange, towels and hotel linens, professional cleaning and also assistance in case of need.
