Self contained guest house with great city views. North facing. Queen bed, lounge with sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen and dining area, TV. Close to shopping precincts, Adelaide Hills & walking trails. Access requires you to walk up/down hill slopes and stairs & parking is approx 100m from guesthouse Please note our whole property is a non smoking area. The space The guest house is part of two storey home in the Adelaide foothills with amazing 180 degree views of the city. Your downstairs area has its own secure and private space and access allowing you to come and go as you please. The guest house has a kitchen (cooktop, oven/microwave), fridge, bathroom, washer/dryer, TV, dining area and sofa bed. Ample free onsite car-parking available. Please note, our property is a non smoking area. Note, no wifi Please be mindful that we run two guesthouses and ask you reduce noise when entering and leaving the property. Guest access Guests have their own private access and private use of an outdoor courtyard area. If you can't walk up and down stairs or minor slopes this may not be suitable for you. If you have small children, some of the paths leading to the Apartment run near some small hill slopes with no fences. Also note, given the area we live in, we do get wildlife visitors (kangaroos) from the hills. These are wildlife and should not be approached or fed. They keep their distance and enjoy eating our lawns and weeds. Please don’t approach. Please be mindful that we run two guesthouses on our property. Use allocated paths, as advised by the host. Note, the pool is not for guest use. Follow check in instructions and photos to guide you to the guesthouse Other things to note The house is set in a private and hilly area. Access to the studio includes some steep inclines and requires the use of stairs. The studio has one queen bed and one sofa bed (double - suitable for children or one adult) It is perfectly suitable for 2 people but can take up to 4 people (2 Adults and 2 Children <10 yrs) or 3 people (2 adults is maximum recommended) and one child. The sofa bed is only a small double bed. Note our summary and access notes related to children and wildlife. Also note, the entire property including parking area, guesthouse and all surrounding areas are non smoking areas.
