Stylish 3 bdrm villa by Atlas Beach Club & Beach.

Stylishly designed home very close to Berawa beach, Finns and Atlas beach club (2 Mn walk). The villa is at an amazing location and walking distance to the biggest beach clubs & good restaurants. You can hear music at night & fireworks once. As you’re in the midsts of it all, it’s not the most quiet location but as this villa is tucked behind another we still host a lot of families who like to be central. The villa has 3 AC bedrooms, a glassed in AC living room & 1 private parking spot. The space The villa is in the heart of the Berawa beach area- This villa is in the midst of it all, so not the most quiet spot in Bali- but in a really good location walking distance to all the hot spots. Its tucked behind another villa so very private and a little more quiet then the identical villa in front. It contains the following: •Stylishly furnished air conditioned living room with glass sliding doors that can be closed completely, • 3 ac bedrooms with 3 en-suite bathrooms with hot shower -one master (slightly bigger), •Large (7x3) private swimming pool, •Fully equipped kitchen, •Well kept private garden, •Flat screen smart TV with internet 50 mbps, •Private open parking for 1 (large) car & easy access. Our villa is new and carefully decorated. The villa features a kitchen, dining table and lounge area. The sliding doors are very comfortable as guests can close them and use the AC but the villa also has fans to make optimal use of the Bali breeze if you prefer the doors open. The living room has a flat screen smart TV and DVD player, wireless internet and two large comfortable couches to hang out on. The fully equipped kitchen contains a fridge, hot and cold water dispenser, small microwave/oven, coffee machine, stove and blender. The stylish wooden furniture, beautiful lighting and well-kept garden create a beautiful environment to relax in. Its very busy and happening around this area with the biggest beach club in the world opening, so this is not the most quiet spot in Bali. You are in the midst of it all though! Music from atlas is usually until 12 pm, later if they have parties (more in high season and we do not have this itinerary) & fireworks once a night. The fully air-conditioned sleeping quarters contain 3 bedrooms with king-sized beds and 3 private bathrooms with hot shower. The villa lies on a road that connects straight to the beach (3 mn walk) and the living room can be closed to keep the cool air inside. Within the beautiful private garden lies a nice pool. Plenty of space as the pool is 7 x 3 m. There is also one private (outside) parking space available for the guests. There is a poolfence, babychair and babycot available for rent. The villa is ideal for families or groups of friends. Three couples can also fit perfectly. Please note we have an almost identical private villa next door (Savu 2 )with 3 bedrooms also, so larger groups can book the villas together and can walk to visit each other while keeping their privacy. Location: The best part of this villa is thats its walking distance to all Berawa's amazing restaurants and cafes & super close to Berawa beach, Atlas and Finns beach club. Price includes: - unlimited Wi-Fi 24 hours, - 1 safety box, - towels (changed every few days unless left on the floor), - bed linen change every 5 days, - hair dryer, - cleaning 6 days a week, - pool and garden is maintained once a week, - soap and shampoo. The villa manager is going to be your assistant during your stay with us. We are committed to fulfill your requests and make your stay in Bali great and memorable. We also recommend Go-jek (Indonesia food service, you can download at App Store). You can order from the surplus of amazing restaurants in this area. Regards, Anna Guest access The villa is private and all yours except for the laundry area. That is maid area only. For your laundry please use outside laundromat, maids can assist. Other things to note Please note if you book anywhere in a central part of Canggu it will not be super quiet- its basically impossible as there will either be restaurants/nightlife or construction nearby, that is what Canggu is so if youre looking for serenity please book elsewhere in Bali. Please note this clearly communicated & outside hosts control. The villa has an excellent location and you can walk to several restaurants and the beach. Please be careful of the glass doors & floor can be slippery when wet so no running. The villa: Turning all AC off when you leave the villa is highly appreciated as leaving them on wastes unnecessary energy on an island like Bali where resources are limited. The rooms cool quickly once its turned on when you like to use the bedroom. We also recommend to re-use towels as thousands of liters of water is wasted in Bali every day, if you don't want to use your towels anymore- pls leave them on the floor or ask the maid and she will change them for you.If you hang them up they will be re-used. We choose to have the maid come in a few hours every day to clean and manager is available on whatsap for any hosting related questions. This opposed to having staff standby in or around the villa the whole day which we feel would invade our guests their privacy.
