The accommodation is 200 meters from the exhibition, in the same building as "Biennale Comfort House", but occupies a different floor. It has two bedrooms, one double and the other with a sofa bed, a modern kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The living room overlooks the Marinaressa park with striking views and a street. The decoration combines modern elements with references to Venetian history, creating a warm and refined atmosphere. Thanks to the location, the accommodation is quiet. Other things to note In Venice, a tourist tax is required (€4 per person per night for a maximum of 5 nights; for children up to 9 years old it is free, from 10 to 16 it is €2.
