Our private home is a modern-rustic feel-good house (250 m² on 3 floors) and was completely renovated in 2017, with love for an individual alpine look. It is surrounded by dense greenery and the sound of the stream in an optimal central location of Altaussee. While the view over the surrounding Aussee mountains wanders, a vacation mood and the feeling of complete tranquility and deceleration immediately arise - and yet you are very close to the action if you want! The space The cozy character of our house is characterized by many old wood elements, natural stone, white rough plaster walls and cheerful color accents. Our furniture is mostly made of high-quality solid wood, and our floors are covered with wonderful, soft oak parquet. A particularly cozy atmosphere is provided by the open roof trusses, which are converted into perfect living spaces at standing height, as well as the modern fireplace with a viewing window in the center of the spacious kitchen/dining area with terrace exit. The outdoor area includes a large terrace with ample seating - at the extendable teak table, in the lounge set, in the elevated stone garden with fire pit or in a sun lounger under the apple tree. Shade in the east and south-facing garden is provided by the large balcony, awning and parasol, a gas grill ensures delicious grilled food, and the combined refrigerator with ice cube dispenser provides cool summer drinks! Even on rainy days, nothing should be missing: there is a sauna with infrared heater, board games, table tennis table, a beautiful exercise room under the roof for yoga, fitness or as a retreat to dream in the hammock, and many forest paths that are also attractive with a rain jacket and ensure a good mood! Our house is particularly suitable for families (with not too small children - stairs & railings!), small groups of friends (please no parties!) and also readily for a private retreat!
