Apartment in a quiet location on the outskirts

Our apartment is located in the municipality of Leibertingen, on the outskirts of the district of Thalheim. It is about 38 m² in size, has an open living room, a new fitted kitchen and a daylight bathroom with floor-level shower and toilet. The apartment is located in the basement and is always pleasantly tempered, especially in summer. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge (including freezer), oven and dishwasher. The apartment is heated by pleasant underfloor heating. The space The living room is modernly furnished with a bed, small wardrobe, TV, seating area and fitted kitchen. Guest access The entire apartment is intended for the exclusive use of the guests. It has a separate entrance for guests only. Other things to note There are plenty of parking spaces available. There is also Wi-Fi access in the house. A crib and high chair are also available on request.
