Apartment in a quiet location on the outskirts

Our holiday apartment is located in the municipality of Leibertingen, on the outskirts of the village of Thalheim. It is about 38 m² in size, has an open living-bedroom, a new fitted kitchen and a daylight bathroom with floor-to-ceiling shower and toilet. The residential unit is located in the basement and is always pleasantly tempered, especially in summer. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge (including Freezer), oven and dishwasher. The apartment is heated by a pleasant underfloor heating. The space The living room is modernly equipped with a bed, small closet, TV, seating area and fitted kitchen. Guest access For the guests, the entire apartment is for your own use. It has a separate access only for the guests. Other things to note There is plenty of parking space available. There is also Wi-Fi access in the house. A crib and a high chair are also available on request.
