Guest access We are nearby, will most likely greet you in person. Full house access. No back yard, small side yard is available. If your reservation falls on a Monday evening/Tuesday morning we kindly ask you to put trash cans out into the OPPOSITE side street for garbage pickup on Mon evening and move the trash can back on Tue morning after the trash is taken. Other things to note Our house is very close to our neighbors house, and we only way we are able to continue to offer this house for if our guests are extremely mindful and are able to keep the noise level down: - no parties/no celebratory gatherings/no singing - ABSOLUTELY NO amplified sound. Conversation/working TV noise volume only. Absolutely no smoking of any kind. $1000 fine minimum. Our home caters to those who enjoy comfort and value quality experience. Still, our base price is set relatively low so that a small group can enjoy the comfort and the luxury of our home at an affordable rate. Please understand that there is an extra fee for each additional overnight guest. We also understand that sometimes you may have day guests which we are happy to allow on a case by case basis. Please let us know in advance if you are planning on having any day guests. We have an outside camera that may monitor the traffic to the house. Please help us avoid uncomfortable situations by registering every overnight guest in your party. Please understand that we reserve the right to withhold your deposit for any unregistered overnight guest and for not following the rules of the house.
