The house was built in 1977 and fully renovated in 2021. It is a countryside house with a large garden and many parking spaces located between the city of Limassol, its popular Governor's sandy beach, and not far from the city's mountain. It has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each. Apart from the kitchen and the living room it also has an ekstra living room with a sofa that can be converted to a bed. The bedrooms and the living room have AC’s.
