Located near parks, beach, town center with shops and cafes, local grocery store around the corner and all in walking distance. Here you can have it all! Possibility to add large attached and private bedroom w/ queen bed The space The space is bright and open, all newly added with all the amenities including, a full kitchen with refridgerator-freezer, dushwasher and full stovetop and oven, toaster, coffee maker, sandwich grill and all the utensils, spices and many extras required for your cooking experience. An eating space for up to four persons. Coffee-tea provided. Local grocery store within minutes away on easy walking paths that are all around the area. A quiet peaceful beautiful neighborhood with lots of access to nature and serenity. The currently eruptin Fagradalsfjall Volcano is visible from the space tho a safe distance away. A sleeping area for two as well as separate arrangement for up to two more guests would include floor mattresses. For additional chatge and based on availability is an attached large separaye bedroom. A TV is available with cable. A full private tiled bathroom with rain shower and a washer machine and towel heater. Linens soaps and many supplies included. Guest access You will have the whole downstairs studio space through the double glass doors. Private entrance and suite. Aprox. 25 fm. A separate large bedroom is available upon request and is an additional charge and is based upon availability. Other things to note A great green and very clean home away from home. Location is ideal 35 minutes from Keflavík Intl. Airport, with multiple day trips possible including the Blue Lagoon about a 20 min drive and the new Sky Lagoon is only a 15 min. drive. The currently eruptin Fagradalsfjall Volcano is visible from the suite but is a safe distance away. A wonderful day trip and takes under a half hour to drive to. Downtown capital city Reykjavík is only 15 min drive. There you will find museums, restaurants, shopping, Harpa concert hall, whale and puffin watching and multiple excursions and too much more to list. Reykjanes penninsula includes Krísuvík geothermal area and lake. Gunnuhver hot spring is a landmark of interest and the elf park Hellisgerði is within walking distance. Heiðmörk is a short drive and is a beautiful nature preserves area with a lake to walk around and caves to explore. The Golden circle drive is only a day trip from the suite and back including Þingvellir national park, Geyser and the amazing Golden Falls. Location and charm with friendly family host. Beautiful lava fields surround with amazing landscape and walking paths connect from the home to the ocean, town and shops with great cafes. As well there is a local swimming pool with hot tubs in walking distance. There is much to explore from the comfort of this modern suite with so many amenities.
