Devon House

Access in house to a twin bedroom with access to 1 bathroom between the two bedrooms offered. There is a single bed with a pull out second bed underneath. Newly built and well furnished home. There is a small amount of fridge space and microwave and hob can be used for short preparation of a meal. I ask guests to respect this is my home and so on a shared basis with homeowner. Other things to note My property is a new build fitted with smoke detectors. However there is no gas and therefore no need for carbon monoxide detectors.
