The apartment accommodates up to 4 people. State of art kitchen, equipped with everything you may need. Glass door to close for privacy from the lounge and dining room. Plenty of storage and counter space are available. Kitchen has Granite counter tops, Bosch appliances, Miele stove, oven & hob. Samsung microwave. The main bedroom is light, airy and spacious leading onto the sunny balcony. Curtains throughout create great block out for sleeping. Main en-suite bathroom with bath, double basins, shower, toilet. Second bedroom en-suite with shower & toilet. 550gms toweling and 300% percale linen. In every aspect the home was created for you to enjoy a home, away from home. With fibre wifi for live streaming, you can watch your own channels such as DSTV, SHOWMAX, NETFLIX or YOU TUBE with a sound bar which you can connect all your own music via bluetooth from your cell, to enjoy at your own leisure. The apartment is serviced Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays. If you want more days you can arrange with concierge at an extra cost. Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times around the public areas and on patio as it is on the 7th floor! The concierge may assist with ordering in foods, groceries or dry cleaning. One can easily & comfortably walk to Sandton City, The Marc Shopping Centre and Benmore Shopping Centre. Sandton City & Gautrain is 5 minutes away. Plus superb restaurants on your doorstep. Guest access Guests are welcomed to use all the facilities as these are all included in the rental price with the exception of the Spa and personal trainers. The spa offers all kinds of facials, massages, pedicures, manicures, and even whitening of teeth! The gym has personal trainers, at an extra cost. Should your stay be a long one, then you may have your very own personal fitness program Other things to note In case of no electricity, the elevators work on generators, so you will always be able to reach your apartment. There are led lights in the drawer for lighting and to charge your cell phone. Rates depend on the season (school holiday and long weekends etc), the number of people that stay, and the length of stay. Please advise us of your specific requirements to enable us to calculate the rate. Rates can vary between R2000.00 per day per unit in the low season for 2 people up to R7000 per day per unit in the High season. We charge an R1400 cleaning fee per stay or per week. If your stay is more than one week then an extra fee will be requested. This cleaning entails the 3 days of service. An R650 linen fee also applies which is per week. Please note we only change linen and towels once a week. If you require more an added charge will apply once you have discussed this with us. If you wish for more servicing then you may arrange with the concierge at an extra charge. We apologize upfront, for the 9 am check-out, as this is there due to staff constraints. You may make alternative arrangements with us as long as our staff may commence washing linen at 8 am from the bedrooms.
