Big and cozy property in the quiet complex “El Jardín”, just a short walk from the spectacular beach “El matorral” in Jandia. The perfect choice to forget about stress! The space The Bungalow is in Morro Jable, in the area of Jandia , south of Fuerteventura. Its location allows you to have all the peace you want, but without giving up being near the beach , shopping malls and shops and restaurants. The bungalow has a bedroom with two large beds that can be used either by two people or a couple and one or two children. It also has two fully equipped bathrooms, recently renovated kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwaves and dishwasher. It has a spacious lounge and a huge terrace where you can enjoy the calm and the sun without having to leave the house. The complex also has a communal pool that guests can use whenever they want. The apartment is equipped with all you may need during your stay, including towels and linen. Stays shorter than a week will be charged with 50€ as final cleaning. This 50€ will be paid in cash at the moment of your arrival. We are flexible with arrival and departure times when possible, please ask us! Guest access Initial and final cleaning is included for stays of at least 7 nights. For less than 7 nights, 50 € will be charged for the final cleaning. For extra cleaning during your stay, this is priced at € 11 per hour. Other things to note Check -in is usually between 16:00 and 20:00. You may enter before that time in the apartment (free of charge) if there are not any other departures from other guests the dame day (ask us about availability ). Check-in between 20:00 and 24:00, regardless of the reason (a delayed flight , etc.) have an extra charge of 20 € in cash. Beyond 24:00 it would have an extra charge of 50€ in cash.
