The apartment is located twenty meters from the beach, on the first floor of a four-story building, where the alley called "budello" ends and the walk towards Laigueglia begins. It consists of an entrance, a kitchen, a bathroom, a large living room, two bedrooms and a bedroom without a window, facing south/east. To access the accommodation from the street you have to climb 36 steps, so it is not suitable for people with walking difficulties or in a wheelchair. Other things to note For the year 2019, the Municipality of Alassio introduced the tourist tax.
