The Anchorage

Welcome to 'The Anchorage' beach house located in the quiet ex-fishing town of Seabird. Just an hour's drive north of Perth, this seaside town is perfect for a quick escape for all your favourite beach activities. Stay longer to explore the nearby areas of Lancelin, Moore River and Guilderton. The Anchorage is located just a few minutes walk to the beach, tavern and local cafe. The space The Anchorage is a 3 bedroom house with kitchen, dining, laundry, bathroom and separate toilet. The open plan living has plenty of space for six people to enjoy. Guest access You'll have the entire house to yourselves to relax and unwind. We've included a selection of books, DVDs and games for you to enjoy and there is plenty of room out the back for a game of backyard cricket. There is a small, cosy enclosed alcove out the front for your evening BBQ or to sit and enjoy the sunset, protected from the strong sea breeze. Plenty of parking is available out the front. Boat and trailer parking can be arranged on request. Access to the back shed must remain clear at all times. Other things to note Please note that we do not allow pets at the property. Additional guests are NOT allowed to stay or camp at the property without prior approval from the property owner. This property is not to be used for parties or other events and tenant should be respectful of noise that may impact the neighbours. The Seabird Sunset Cafe is the only place in town that stocks a very limited range of long life groceries so you will need to bring all your own supplies with you. We do provide a small selection of tea, coffee, milk and some condiments to get you going. The Seabird Cafe and Seabird tavern both offer meal options and a dinner or sunset drinks at the Tavern is recommended. Registration Details STRA6042JW76YJUP
