Country house in Xaintrie, in the Dordogne Valley, close to Cantal, Lot, 7 min from St Privat and 20 min from Argentat. In a quiet hamlet, rental all year round (only by the week from 06/15 to 09/15). Ideal for hikers, fishermen, cyclists, horseback riding, 2 km from Lake Feyt and other activities. To visit nearby: the Cantal Mountains with the village of Salers, the ruins of Merle, the abyss of Padirac, Collonges-la-Rouge, Turenne, Argentat, Beaulieu, etc. The space In the basement: laundry room (washing machine and dryer), cellar. Upstairs: direct access to the garden, living room with seating area, TV, dining room, and open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, range hood, induction and gas stove, coffee maker, kettle, and all essential kitchen utensils and tableware), stone fireplace with wood-burning stove, 1 bedroom with a 140-cm (55-inch) bed, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with 140-cm beds, hallway with a sofa bed, and a bathroom (toilet and sink). Central heating and wood-burning stove (wood at extra cost). Sleeping capacity: 6 people (8 people with the sofa bed for an additional €10), 3 beds measuring 140 cm and 1 sofa bed (option to add a travel cot and baby accessories). For pets, please check with the owner. Other things to note Linens and towels are not provided. The tenant is required to leave the rental in the clean condition found at the time of entry, otherwise a compensation of €50 for cleaning not done will be charged.
