Hereford City groundfloor large room+breakfast

This is one of four listings in the house. (2 with en-suite )This is for a ground floor room. It contains a very good quality double bed /sofa which is very comfortable.The price listed is for single occupancy ,if book for 2 please select two occupancies.There is a WC and hand wash basin on the same floor and a large bathroom/shower/WC on the first floor which is shared by just 1 other guest. We provide towels, toiletries, toothpaste, hair dryer, desk and fibre optic WIFI. The space The house has 3 other guest rooms(2 with ensuite)on the first floor (also on Airbnb). This is a very large,solid built Victorian town house situated less than a mile(10 -15 mins walk) from the town centre. . We are James and Milan.This is our family home which we share with our 2 kids aged 20 and 18 We have a cat Guest access Guests can accessthe kitchen for making drinks & light meals,dining room, ground floor toilet with basin, first floor bathroom with toilet and basin,covered decking, back garden. There is no off road parking.However, the whole area has 24 hour unrestricted parking so you can park your car anywhere on the roadside nearby During your stay a family member is nearly always at home if you have any queries or problems. Entry to the house is via a key safe by the front door. You will be given the code when you arrive. Other things to note smoking is allowed on outside decking area. no visitors allowed no cooking,only heating up food no outdoor footwear in the house
