House in the Trees

Gorgeous and centrally located, this home is peaceful and surrounded by trees. Five minute stroll to the Commons and similarly close to gorge and trail walks. The house has one bedroom, a finished attic with flexible sleeping arrangements for one or two, a study, well-equipped kitchen, plenty of light and many happy plants. I have two cats who keep guests company. I welcome guests from all backgrounds and Ithaca is an open and inclusive community! Groups of 6 may find this home a squeeze. The space Please note: 1. I have two friendly cats who live in the house (they have excellent Airbnb reviews as well!). Guests will need to be comfortable with kitties and give them food and water. 2. The house is located on a very steep private drive. You can either walk up and down the drive, parking on the street. Or your vehicle needs to have high clearance. Other things to note I just re-opened my home for Airbnb reservations, but have not had any since the COVID outbreak. The house is a clean and sanitized environment.
