Los Majuelos. 10 min. by car from La Laguna, University City and World Heritage Site, 20 minutes from Sta. Cruz, the island's capital, we find Las Teresitas beach and other nearby ones to the south. Car rental is recommended. The space Apartment located in a quiet building, on the first floor, with free street parking. The room has two single beds, a night table, a small closet, a reading sofa and lamps, a carpet, a trash can. The bathroom has shower towels, hand towels, gel, shampoo, non-slip mat, hair dryer, wet wipes, alcohol and a mat to get out of the shower. Offering just a room and a private bathroom, guests rent a car and are out all day. We guide them which places they can visit and we are interested in knowing how their tour of the island has gone and what places they have known, we recommend restaurants and Guachinces (typical food). The bus stops are one street away. Although we do not offer the kitchen to cook, we do allow you to eat breakfast and offer coffee to start the day with energy. We receive guests of all nationalities, we communicate in English or through a translator, we have never had any problems and we have made good friends from different languages. Guest access The common areas are the living room, which has a sitting area and television. During your stay As we live in the same apartment, we will be 100% available for any questions or eventualities that may arise. We can also offer tourist information about the island and areas of interest. We treat our guests as if they were family. Other things to note Santa Cruz de Tenerife, capital of the Island, a warm city for its people and its climate, with contrasts of architecture, colonial and modern. Beautiful for its parks and gardens, and pedestrian streets that allow you to enjoy a wide variety of leisure activities, shopping, culture, and gastronomy. Among other attractions is the Palmetum Botanical Garden, with more than 500 species of palm trees; museums; Municipal market; Auditorium and Maritime Port, San Cristóbal Castle, Plaza de España, TEA (Tenerife Space for the Arts), Rambla, Churches, Guimerá Theater, etc. 7km away is Las Teresitas beach, easily accessible. Santa Cruz is well connected both by bus and by tram. San Cristóbal de La Laguna, the second largest city in Tenerife, is a beautiful city with its main streets mostly pedestrianized. The buildings dating back to the 16th century are in excellent condition and are used for modern living. Many bars, taverns and restaurants mix in an incredible experience while you walk. From La Laguna it is a short distance to the subtropical forest of Las Mercedes, which leads to the Anaga mountains and a cluster of small towns that seem almost inaccessible by car. A paradise for walkers! From the accommodation, towards the South, you can visit the Radazul Beach or the Puertito de Guimar, which also has beaches.
