BEAUTIFUL OLD BARN IN CHIANTI

An old barn completely restored surrounded by vineyards and olive groves of Chianti and located just 30 minutes by car from Siena and 20 minutes from Florence. The space Once an old barn, “Fienile I Cipressi”, recently and completely restored, is a three-storey house. On the ground floor there is a living-room with a fireplace and a kitchen/dining room (equipped with all the modern comforts), as well as a bathroom. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower and bathtub).On the upper floor there is a studio equipped with two single beds that can be used also as an additional bedroom. Excellent for large families and groups of friends it can accommodate up to 6 people. The house has a tv satellite system featuring all major international channels and is also equipped with an internet wifi, for guests use. Guests will surely enjoy the deck and garden, a paradise for reading and relax. The outdoor area also features a barbecue grill and a dining table to enjoy the outdoors while cooking a typical Tuscan product on the grill. The house is in the middle of vineyards and olive trees. The site is of untouched nature, very panoramic/romantic and charming. Very close to the house (4km, i.e. 5 minutes by car) there are the closest shops and the village of Strada in Chianti. The house is very close to Greve in Chianti (around 14 Km, around 10\15 minutes), Florence (16 Km, 20 minutes by car), and Siena (36 Km, 1\2 hour by car). Close to the house there is a golf course, an horse handling and a public swimming-pool. The neighborhoods offer wonderful walking itineraries and wine tasting experiences. There are some nice market places close to the house: Greve, Panzano, Arezzo with its antiques market. VERY IMPORTANT: You need to have a car or a rental to be able to move. The prices include taxes, bed-linen, towels, the consumption of water, gas and power and final cleaning. At arrival we ask for a DEPOSIT OF €100 against possible damages and/or losses. This deposit will be refunded at departure, expenses caused by damages or losses may be deducted. Guest access You'll have complete access to the whole house and garden. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE CHECK-IN: The price does not include the tourist tax (effective from March 1 to October 31) imposed by the municipality of Greve in Chianti (from 0.50 to 2.50 euros per person per night), except for children under 12 years. You’ll met the owners at the meeting point ( parking near Padellina restaurant in Strada in Chianti), remember to tell me your arrival time as soon as possible in order to arrange our meeting and not make you wait. The check-in time is from 14:00. It is required to agree a meeting time a few days before your arrival and we ask that this time is respected. It is important, in compliance with safety standards, that when you arrive you have all the documents of the guests who will stay (ID cards or passports). If some of the guests arrive later, please prepare a copy or a photo of the missing documents to be submitted during check-in (name, date and place of birth, place of residence, type and document number).
