There are separate room between bedroom, living room (kitchen and balcony) with fully furnished. ☆The room is on the fifth floor and include : -Big bed room with Air-conditioner(King size bed) -Working Desk -Well equipped kitchen ☆It's about 5mn from our apartment to Toul Sleng Genocide Museum (by tuk tuk), and for 10~15mn to the Royal palace and also very convenient to many tourist attractions. ☆Our apartment very near to Russian Market and also surrounded by mini marts, supermarkets, factory outlets, pubs, cafes shop, restaurants, pharmacies, street food, fruits shake, and etc ... Other things to note ☆Airport pick up service can be provided with extra charge = 20$ ☆For guests who booked with our apartment~ have to pay the electricity charge at the rates of they use: *Electricity price =1,200KHR (0.30USD)/KW *Water 5$/monthly *Gas tank (Gas stove) = free of charge (Regarding to electricity bill ... 1.For non-monthly guest: As the same day that u check in with our appartment You can take a picture of the electricity meter(near the elevator u will see government electricity meter box),. then at the check out date you will find out the amount of electricity you actually used. 2. But for the monthly guest he/she will get the electricity bill directly at end of the month ...
