Enjoy the ease of your stay in this quiet and cozy terraced apartment. The beds are made and the apartment is cleaned when you arrive. Next to the center with services; school, church and shop. By car you can drive 25 minutes to the beach for a day of vacation and about 15 minutes to the shops in Ylivieska. A great place to stay! Pets are allowed and are the responsibility of the owners. Please let us know in advance if you are staying with a pet. The space The apartment is close to the city center. There are other terraced houses built in the 70s around. Most of the apartments have also been maintained from the outside, but the 70s are clearly noticeable. Once you get inside the apartment, you'll find yourself in the present. 😅 The apartment has undergone a surface renovation and the interior has been renovated. The old kitchen cabinets have been left, and by painting and changing the knobs, they have been brought to the present day. The shower and sauna have been completely renovated in 2020. Alavieska is a small rural town. You can easily walk from the apartment to the store, restaurant, church or with the children to the playground in the schoolyard. The river shore is within walking distance. Guest access The apartment has a small tiled area in the front yard, a lawn area in the backyard, a few bushes, and flowers. Other things to note We have indicated that the apartment does not have air conditioning. There is an air blower that blows air. By cross-ventilating by keeping both doors open, the indoor air can be changed in an instant. Pets allowed, owners are responsible. We ask you to inform us about pets in advance so that we can prepare for a slightly longer cleaning time.
