The pristine garden and al fresco dining area invite long, lazy afternoons under the Tuscan sun. The Cottage provides 2 double bedrooms, one spacious bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. A very reliable Wifi connection provided by the national phone company is available as well as air conditioning in each room. Rosyabate Cottage is the lovely hayloft of Mrs Rosa’s home. She lives next-door in the main villa with her husband and she is a great cook, she harvest her own vegetables in the garden and loves to meet people from all over the world and welcome them with a slice of her home made cake or pasta! The Cottage has pretty exteriors and wooded and red bricks setting has earned it the nickname of the Hansel and Gretel house. Sleeping up to four guests, the Cottage’s cosy interior mixes luxurious and traditional furnishings with all the modern fittings of a contemporary holiday home.
