The property has two beautiful rooms and offers a range of amenities including: sheets, bath linens, personal hygiene products, breakfast, wifi, and a kid's corner. During the day, guests can freely enjoy the tea & coffee corner. In addition, there is the possibility of using the kitchen for lunch and dinner. Please note that pets are not allowed. Guest access Guests have full access to all the spaces in the apartment dedicated to the B&B, including the living room, kitchen, terrace, and garden. During the day, a tea & coffee corner is available for free use, offering the possibility to use the kitchen to prepare meals and drinks. The common areas are shared with other guests, ensuring a welcoming and convivial environment. During your stay The owners are available 24 hours a day and reside on the first floor of the house, ensuring constant and immediate interaction with guests. Other things to note Breakfast is based on the philosophy of organic and 0 km, offering you an abundant selection of local and organic products. The honey comes from Gavirate, the jams are produced in Comerio, and the chocolate cream comes from Barasso. Orange juice, fresh milk, yogurt, eggs, other jams, coffee, and tea are also, as far as possible, of organic origin. During the right periods, you can enjoy plums, peaches, cherries and apples directly from our garden. Breakfast awaits you in the large kitchen in the cooler periods and, with the arrival of the summer season, on the terrace overlooking the garden. It is served from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., with the possibility of bringing it forward on request.
