Small house for long term

Our house is in the center of the city. You can go most of the places by walk and this is important in Mongolia because of the communication problems with taxi drivers. It is 38 m2 with one room, bath/toilette and kitchen. PS. Only for long term! The space The house is in the center of the city. This is really important in a country like Mongolia, because it will be hard to communicate with taxi drivers. BrauHaus is 200 m. and Department Store is 500 m. far to the house. The house has a long balcony which you can take a rest. The house is sun-drenched. Two persons can live together and the price doesn't change. I and my wife (she is the owner of the house) lived there for long time and it was big enough to live for 2 persons. Guest access You won't share anything with the people you don't know because you will rent the whole house alone. Other things to note The house is only for long term rent. Please do not ask for a week or night. You can ask anything you want about the house.
