Look forward to an exclusive, quiet accommodation with a balcony, magnificent mountain views and private parking right in front of the house. The stylishly furnished apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. There is a cozy bedroom with a double bed and sofa bed, as well as a large sofa bed (180 x 200 cm) in the living area – ideal for families or small groups. The modern kitchen is a real highlight: crafted with Italian stone and an elegant crystal back wall, it is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, pots and high-quality appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, induction ceramic hob, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine (tabs). In the bathroom, you will find a spacious shower, a noble marble washbasin and plenty of storage space for your personal belongings. A washing machine is also available in the apartment – at no extra charge. On the balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding meadows and mountains – perfect for relaxing. The location of the apartment is particularly quiet and private – ideal for relaxing holidays. Of course, a private parking space and a stable Wi-Fi connection are available. Guest access Private parking right by the house is at your disposal. Please note that only one parking space is provided per apartment. During the summer months or during the low season, we can offer additional parking spaces depending on availability. In winter, it may be possible to arrange additional parking spaces for a fee in the neighboring hotel. We are happy to ask there for you – just contact us in good time. Other things to note Length of stay & booking conditions: In winter, the minimum stay is 4 nights over the weekend and 2 nights during the week. Over New Year's Eve and during Carnival week, stays of 1 week or more can be booked. We are happy to accept Christmas, Easter and special requests on request. Fees for toddlers: For children under 2 years old, we charge a flat rate per night: – €50 in winter – €30 in summer We of course provide a crib with bed linen (availability on request). Premium Silvretta Card (summer): In the summer season, there is also is a mandatory fee for the Silvretta Card: – 8€ per adult per night – €4 per child per night With this card, you can enjoy free and unlimited access to all cable cars in the Paznaun Valley and Montafon as well as many other benefits.
