It can accommodate up to 5 persons (25 sqm.). It is a safe and quiet place, surrounded by a lively neighborhood, close to malls such as SM and Ayala, restaurants, banks, stores, ATMs, hotels, churches and very accessible to private and public transportation. The space NOTE TO GUESTS: Internet connection is currently a Smartbro HomeWifi because the existing company of Skycable Broadband has ceased to operate within the area, while other internet providers that we want to subscribe to are having issues with the Condo Administration. All these are beyond our control. So please bear with us and we are hoping for your understanding. 😍 Our space (at The Persimmon Studios) can accommodate a maximum of 5 persons for a pull-out double bed and one single sofa bed (upon request of the 5th person). Note: There is an extra charge for the 3rd, 4th & 5th person. You can enjoy lying in bed with good quality & texture. Fully furnished and well-maintained. The living room also has a 2-seater sofa. The television is installed with a GMA Affordabox, which shows Philippine local channels. The bathroom has a water heater, a shower with towels, and basic toiletries. Kitchen appliances include a microwave, a toaster, an electric kettle and cookware. Plus, you can enjoy and relax in one of our best amenities, which is the infinity pool! FREE USE OF THE SWIMMING POOL! (good for 2 persons) Just near our place are the following : 7 Eleven Convenience Store Pharmacy like 360 Pharmacy Peso Store Restaurants like Dong Juan Coffee shops ATM Machine Massage parlors ALL WALKING DISTANCE AWAY FROM PERSIMMON NOTE TO GUESTS: Internet connection is currently a Smartbro HomeWifi because the existing Skycable Broadband has ceased to operate within the area, while other internet providers that we want to subscribe to are having issues with the Condo Administration. Swimming pool is available for FREE. There are laundry cages in the roof deck are free to use. There are parking spaces nearby on a first come first serve basis (2 hours free). Direct access to shops which include a convenience store, pharmacy, laundry shop, massage shops, restaurants and a bakery.
