Bowness Guest House is perfectly located in the heart of Bowness-on-Windermere, situated only a short walk from Windermere Lake and the many cafes, restaurants, bars and shops of Bowness. At the end of the Dales Way Superb scenery and many attractions the Lake District has to offer are within easy reach. The amazing vista of Windermere Lake and surrounding mountains is just a stones throw away at Biskey Howe Viewpoint. We offer excellent value room-only accommodation in traditional surroundings. The space This large room is situated on the first floor and has views to the front of the property towards Biskey Howe. It features a king size bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, free WiFi, smart TV, complimentary bottled water, a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities. We have 5 rooms in total, 4 in the main house 1 Dog friendly at the back of the property, this has to be requested and confirmed As no dogs can be accepted in any other rooms Guest access This is one of five private guest rooms at Bowness Guest House. Access is by a key safe at the front door Once booked you will receive a code on the day you arrive Please make sure you have access to a mobile or email to receive this code on the day you arrive During your stay Bernard and Michelle and very relaxed and welcoming hosts, and can offer advice on things to do and see, places to eat and shop, and also walks and mountains to climb. Other things to note No pets allowed This is room-only accommodation. Free unreserved street parking is available close by. Check-in is between 15:00 - 19:00. Check-out is by 10:30. Arrangements can be made outside of these hours if needed (contact us directly in advance to arrange). Fresh towels are provided daily. Bed linen will be changed after 3 nights stay, or more frequently on request.
