Wow… get away from all the hustle and bustle of the city and relax in the country. Recently built modern 3 bedroom house on 100 acres of beautiful countryside. Located in the Southern Tablelands with attractions such as the Wombeyan Caves and Lochmaree Riding Park. Pejar Dam is nearby for some trout fishing or canoeing. An easy drive two and a half hours from Sydney and one and a half hours from Canberra. 15min from Goulburn, 20min from Crookwell. Motorbikes and firearms not permitted. The space The bedding configuration is: Bedroom one has one king bed Bedroom two has two double bunks with double bed on the bottom and single on top Bedroom three has one queen bed There is also a sofa bed and a few single mattresses under the beds but the house is only big enough for 2 normal families max. Towels and linen are not provided - doonas and pillows only on beds.
