Cozy apartment in a courtyard house in Södra Mellby, Österlen. There is a private patio, a living room with kitchenette and sleeping loft with room for three people. The entire old Skåne farmhouse has been newly renovated in the past year and the guest house is part of the farmhouse, which also houses an artist's studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also decorated with art from the studio. The space The guest house is newly built and was completed in the fall of 2018 in connection with the restoration and renovation of the entire old Skåne farm (which, in addition to the building where the apartment is located, has a residential house). The floor plan is open with kitchenette, dining table, sofa and bathroom downstairs and sleeping loft upstairs. The apartment is about 25 square meters with sloping ceilings by the beds. * Private kitchen - 2 hotplates, fridge with freezer compartment, sink, coffee maker and of course the most necessary cooking equipment. * Private bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. The bathroom has underfloor heating. * Private terrace - in a southwest location, perfect for relaxing and barbecuing in the afternoon sun. You can also use our common courtyard - here is a small cozy breakfast corner with morning sun. * Private entrance - with parking around the corner * Sleeping loft - up here you sleep very well in comfortable beds made of natural materials. In the place where the beds are, there is a sloping ceiling! The sleeping loft has a 160 bed as well as a single bed 90 cm. * You can borrow a travel bed for small children. Children under 5 years do not pay extra (i.e. if you are two adults and one child under 5 years - book for two people and let us know that you are coming with children). Note, however, that the stairs to the sleeping loft are not child-friendly. * Because we occasionally have guests with allergies, we do not accept pets. We have two farm cats, which, however, do not stay in the apartment.
