Studio - spacious, bright, mountain view

The studio with 40m2 of space offers a high level of privacy, peace and quiet. The location in the village is central and quiet, public transport + shopping in 2 minutes walking distance, highway connection, local recreation Greifensee (3 km). The village is ideally located to the city of Zurich (public transport 30 minutes, car 15 minutes) and is the beginning of the Zurich Oberland. Within 1 hour you can reach the mountains and other towns. Suitable for solo travelers, couples, study trips, professionals, starting point for short trips in Switzerland, home office. The space The spacious studio is located in the attic on the 2nd floor and is only accessible by the shared stairs. There is a double bed (160x200cm) and two single beds (90x200cm each). Ideal for long-term stays. Note: there are other sleeping accommodations in the house. If needed please ask. Tea kitchen with kettle, coffee machine (Nespresso), base of coffee capsules, teas, dishes, cutlery, glasses, fridge is available. There is a microwave for small warm snacks. Shared use of the kitchen is possible on request. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. Clothes storage: clothes rack, hangers, wall rack with compartments, suitcase rack, iron, folding ironing board and more are provided. Table, chairs, armchair, reading nook with books as well. If something is missing, just ask. Fresh bed linen + terry towels, soap, cleaning products are available. Guest access Use of washing machine on request/by arrangement. Free parking is available on the street in the immediate vicinity. Other things to note The studio gives a great space experience thanks to the high ceiling and wooden construction. The panoramic view of the Swiss Alps is a highlight in every season. The temperatures in the studio are pleasant. No heat under the roof in summer (blinds). A fan is also available. The cleaning fee is considered a contribution to expenses for bed/bath/terry linen, cleaning agents, soap, disposal, kitchenette, etc. For stays of two weeks or more, regular cleaning is required.
