Holywell Suite is a spacious 2 bedroom apartment which beautifully combines the latest modern comforts whilst retaining the character of the historic building of Wells House with exposed original oak beams. Breath-taking far reaching views of the Worcestershire countryside can be enjoyed from all rooms and the famous Malvern Hills are right on your doorstep. Holywell Suite opened its doors to visitors in June 2012 after a careful and extensive refurbishment of Wells House. The space Wells House has a history that can be traced back to the eighteenth century. It was originally designed as a small hotel built for visitors to Malvern for Dr John Wall’s 'Water Cure'. Today you can still drink from the ancient well – the original source of Holywell Spring Water. Sir Edward Elgar taught music here at Wells House for many years when it became a boarding school around 1899. Elgar composed many of his greatest works in Malvern and the wide vista must have been a source of inspiration for him. Guest access Impressive entrance hall with lift access to the private apartment. Open plan lounge, dining and kitchen space. Two bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and sink. Communal garden area with decking, picnic space and stunning views. Allocated car parking plus additional visitor spaces and bicycle shelter.
