Beautiful Victorian Cottage

A beautifully presented Victorian cottage a short walk to train station and Bendigo CBD, situated in the pretty suburb of Quarry Hill. The cottage is spacious with a leafy courtyard. There are two queen bedrooms with pleasant garden views. Please note that I open the bedrooms according to number of guests! To open second room there is a $25 per person per night fee during the booking. Guests must request if the the second room is required for their booking .. same price as booking for three. The space The cottage has a beautifully renovated kitchen and bathroom, lovely dining and lounge area and a pleasant courtyard - it offers the perfect getaway for two - four guests according to number of rooms requested. There is a comfy queen bedroom and second queen bedroom opened on request, a renovated kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher. A lovely dining table off kitchen. Lounge and dining area has a decorative open fire place (not in use) and split system heating/cooling, plus quality fixtures and fittings throughout. TV has in built DVD player and there is a selection of good movies for all ages! Also books & magazines to browse. The spacious bathroom offers a fabulous rain shower and a lovely stand-alone bath as well as laundry facilities. There is a ceiling fan in each bedroom and a cotton blanket (in the cupboard) for a cool nights sleep in the warmer months (air con in lounge/dining room ensures the cottage is comfortable year round!) Also an electric blanket and safe oil heaters in each bedroom for winter stays. There are built-in robes and chest of drawers for guests use. Outside is a delightful courtyard with access to kitchen bar/servery with lovely street views. There is a dining table and other spaces to sit and have coffee or read! Guest access Off street parking beside the cottage will accommodate guest vehicle. Plenty of shade in side street offers more parking. Other things to note Strictly … No pets, No smoking, No parties! Please leave the cottage as you find it on arrival ... any used dishes etc washed in dishwasher and placed back in cupboards. Any rubbish placed in bins outside. Thank you.
