Our villa, 6 km from the village of Villasimius, is located in the hilly area of Porto Sa Ruxi, a quiet and peaceful residence overlooking white sandy beaches and granite rocks in a clear and crystalline sea. The house is in a relaxing location with a large covered and ventilated veranda with a sea view. The beaches are within walking distance of an underpass in a few minutes. The space The house is spread across three floors and offers functional and equipped environments. Two upstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning with an en-suite bathroom with shower. The downstairs bedroom has ceiling fans and a bathroom without shower. In addition, there is an outdoor shower. Guest access A car is needed to reach the other beaches in the area, markets and restaurants. The house is not recommended for children under three years of age and people with walking difficulties due to the presence of stairs.
