Supermarket is in 150 m,walking distance from clubs, shops, cafe The space The Beige Rose apartments are the largest on the surface of all the apartments in our Parrot's House, which is in a very advantageous location: being in the center of the city, all the windows overlook the courtyard, where it is quiet and quiet, and only we have wide lodges and fenced balconies for comfort. Indiscreet looks with durable frosted glasses, and from above they close with sliding signs. The apartment is equipped with all the appliances needed for life: the kitchen has a powerful induction hob, an electric kettle, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a toaster, all the utensils (from a saucepan to a knife for potatoes, glasses, and a corkscrew are also at your disposal). For those who love cooking and don't want to limit themselves to the stove, they can use the oven to bake or bake treats. An automatic washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available in the apartment and are always at your service. The bathroom has a toilet, bidet, new hair dryer. The bedroom has a new orthopedic mattress on a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. 2 more guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the hallway. Also there is a folding chair bed for sleeping for 1 other person. For guests with children, we will provide a crib, feeding chair and stroller, just let us know. All plumbing in the apartment is new and in good working condition.
