We're committed to following Covid-19 cleaning standards. This gorgeous, newly constructed Carriage House is located in one of Lander's finest historic south side neighborhoods. Main Street shops and restaurants are just a quick walk away on a paved path along the Popo Agie River, and our beautiful city park is just a few blocks away. The Carriage House has two spacious balconies and is hidden behind towering aspen trees. It is extremely private and everything is in excellent condition. The space The Carriage House is located at the top of a stairway above our garage. It is very large and spacious (approximately 1200 square feet) with tasteful decor, and is perfect for a big family or two couples. The master bedroom has a king bed with an air mattress and pack-n-play in the closet. The guest room has a queen bed. New soft linens and bedding insure a restful nights sleep. Both bedrooms are connected to the spacious bathroom which includes two vanities, a beautiful walk-in shower, and a separate toilet room. The kitchen is huge and fully equipped with a gas range, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, and microwave. There is a coffee pot and Keurig stocked with coffees/tees. The living room has leather, reclining sofas and a large TV equipped with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, other Roku channels, and a few local channels. The house has extremely efficient central heating and air conditioning and each bedroom has a ceiling fan. The large balcony off the living room has a table with four chairs for outdoor dining or morning coffee. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer located behind french doors inside the guest bedroom. Detergents and fabric softener are provided. You will need to be able to climb a set of indoor stairs to access the house. Because of the balconies and stairway, our home may not be suitable for young children. *Our stairway entrance is undergoing it's final touches at this time. Everything inside is finished, beautiful, and sanitized for your safety. Other things to note If staying during the week, you may hear the doors open and close in the garage below around 7:30am. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience. We have strict no pet and no smoking policies. Sorry, no exceptions.
