The Garden Mews - Stylish Self Catering

Luxurious self-catering studio accommodation on the ground floor of a mews annex with its own private sun drenched courtyard garden in the city of Bath. A beautifully designed space for a romantic weekend for two. We recommend travelling to Bath by train/coach as we are central, however, parking can be arranged for a small fee paid directly to the near by church - approximately £25 for the weekend. The large L-shaped studio has direct access to its own walled garden with SW views out to church. The space Perfectly Located: The Garden Mews is located in Bath's most sought after central neighbourhood and a stone's throw from Bath's tourist attractions. At the foot of Bath's skyline walk and canal, The Mews is ideally placed to explore Bath's excellent walking, cycling, canoeing and course fishing. Inspired by the American Shakers, The Mews is simple yet luxurious: The space is ideal for a romantic weekend for a couple. For one or two people there is a quality super-king bed. This can be made up as two single beds if you prefer. The bathroom is immediately adjacent to the sleeping area. We only use 800 count Egyptian cotton bedding and goose down duvets (though are mindful of allergies and can provide an alternative to the feathers upon request at time of booking). Guests will find products in the bathroom and fluffy towels. Hot water bottles, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and wifi are available for your use. Although we expect our guests to enjoy Bath's many restaurants and fab cafes, the kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer box and everything you need for simple home cooking. Please note however there is no washing machine. The South West facing walled garden is just off the kitchen and is a perfect quiet place to enjoy summer breakfast or the evening aperitif before going into town for supper. There is a very large entrance hallway, which can accommodate all your walking or sporting equipment including bikes. Guest access The Garden Mews is ground floor self-contained studio accommodation at the end of the garden of a traditional Georgian Regency terraced house. Guests can enjoy the view out to the neighbouring gardens and the church. The accommodation is accessed via the old carriage house door. The Carriage House Mews has been designed for your independence with a key code box. The code changes regularly. When a booking is confirmed, the code will be sent via message. During your stay The hosts do not live near the area and therefore all guests are independent. Other things to note Although The Garden Mews cannot claim to have disability status, those with special needs may find it worth checking in with us as the mews is level and spacious and a car can pull in at the entrance door which is very wide and could park on double yellow lines there with a disability badge.
