Ocean view and just steps away from the beach. Our 3-bedroom 2.5 bath Townhouse in North Myrtle on Crescent beach. Our home offers a safe environment with no public areas such as elevators and lobbies. We have a professional cleaning crew between all vacationers. Private walkway and free parking for 2 vehicles. The ocean is just a few steps away, no streets to cross. Our home is a great home to stay at and just sit back and relax or explore the beautiful South Carolina North Myrtle beach. The space Life is better at the beach. Relax at our home away from home. Grab your beach towel, the ocean is just a few steps away, no streets to cross. Fun times for family and friends at the beach and close to golf. Our unique property sits Perpendicular to the ocean. We are unit A of a private 5-unit townhouse. You and your friends and family could rent both units and be right next door. We allow small dogs (less than 35 lbs) upon approval. Our beach townhome' offers total relaxation with 3 Bedroom 2.5 bathrooms with 1,500 sq. ft. It is completely setup with all the comforts of home. We have a complete kitchen fully stocked with tableware, cooking utensils, toaster and coffee maker. We have all new appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer. Dining room that seats 6 and counter space that seats 2. We have a flat screen TV and wireless internet. There is a half bathroom downstairs. The master bedroom has a king size, the other 2 bedrooms has a queen size beds. We can accommodate sleeping for 6 comfortably. All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs, one in the hall and one in the master bedroom. The master bedroom also has a TV. The master bedroom has a balcony that you can sit out on and view the ocean. Our townhouse is great for couples or families. Linens or towels are included with rental (Please bring beach towels). This is a non-smoking unit. We do rent weekly or monthly, during the winter months. Rentals from are Saturday to Saturday only during the summer months. Request a week and we will send you a quote. We do not rent to anyone under 25 years of age without an adult included in the booking. This is a family home. We are located at Longbay Landing. Other things to note Rental Party: The rental party shall consist of the following number of persons and pets: Previously agreed upon per your reservation information. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to 6 persons. Any persons over the 6 limit will not be able to stay overnight and will have to leave the premises, unless agreed on prior to stay. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles less than 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS: Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in or will be asked to leave the premises immediately without reimbursement. If the law enforcement is called at any time on the renters then they will be asked to vacate the premises immediately and will not be reimbursed. Written Exceptions: Any exceptions to the above-mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. No dogs over 35 lbs are allowed and all dogs must be approved. Any guest with pets must respect the property both inside and out. The lease begins at 4 p.m. on (the “Check-in Date”) and ends by 9 30a.m. on (the “Checkout Date”), or any agreed upon time. Rental Rules: Guests and anyone visiting agrees to abide by the Rental Rules at all times while at the property. Access: Guest shall allow Homeowner or repair person access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner. If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Homeowner immediately. This is a non-smoking unit. Our building runs perpendicular to the ocean. Our unit is closest to the private parking lot.
